There are currently eight unique zones in Diablo Immortal – Ashworld Cemetery, Dark Wood, Library of Zoltun Kulle, Bilefen, Shassar Sea, Mount Zavain, Realm of Damnation, and Frozen Tundra. All of these zones feature specific achievements that you can complete in exchange for random amounts of Hilts.
In this guide, we turn our focus on the Haunted Altars achievement found in Ashworld Cemetery, the rewards you can get for completing the achivement, and how you can complete the achivement as quickly as possible.
What is the Haunted Altars Achievement in Diablo Immortal?
The Haunted Altars Achievement is a zone achievement specific to Ashworld Cemetery. To complete this achievement, you must slay 50 Haunted Spirits scattered around Ashworld Cemetery.
The task itself is quite simple, as you only need to slay the required number of Haunted Spirits to get the achievement. However, Ashworld Cemetery is quite a large zone, and slaying all 50 Haunted Spirits will take a bit of time if you don’t know where to find them.
Rewards for completing the Haunted Altars Achievement
You will get Hilts as reward for completing zone achievements in Diablo Immortal, but the amount of Hilts varies depending on the zone and the specific achievement you complete.
The Haunted Altars achievement will give you 50 Hilts upon completion. To claim the reward, simply tap on the Achievement tab in the Codex, tap on Exploration, then tap on the Ashworld Cemetery card.
You’re also getting some XP and numerous loot drops from enemies you slay along the way.
Where to Find the Haunted Spirits in Ashworld Cemetery
The Haunted Spirits are known to inhabit altars found around Ashworld Cemetery. Refer to the arrow locations below to find the altars and draw out the Haunted Spirits.
Tip: You can easily navigate between these points by bringing up the map and setting a waypoint. Your character will automatically travel toward the pinned location on the map.
The Haunted Spirits themselves aren’t too difficult to kill. They have low HP but are quite shifty so you might have to run around a bit to chase the down.
Activate one altar after another and slay the Haunted Spirits that spawn from them. Simple right?

Slaying 50 Haunted Spirits might seem like a tall order, but that cannot be farther from the truth, as the Haunted Spirits are very easy to kill despite their shifty nature. The real challenge in completing the Haunted Altars achievement is knowing where to find each altar in Ashworld Cemetery. With the help of this guide, finding all the altar spots should be a piece of cake.
The altars also respawn after a while so don’t worry if you don’t get all 50 in one run. You can always come back and slay some more Haunted Spirits as soon as the altars respawn.
