CB – Jules Kounde (OVR 93)

The La Liga TOTS defence is dominated by Barcelona players, and deservedly so.
Jules Kounde has been playing out of position for most of the season, with the CB pushed out to RB, but this has obviously worked, with the side conceding the fewest goals by far this campaign.
CB – Eder Militao (OVR 95)

Brazilian defender Eder Militao has been THE outstanding centre-half in Spain throughout the 2022/23 league campaign.
Still just 25 years of age, Militao is the leader in the Real Madrid backline and has even popped up with five league goals this season.
LB – Alejandro Balde (OVR 93)

As expected, another of Barcelona’s potential record-breaking defence is included in the final La Liga TOTS, with youngster Alejandro Balde impressing this season.
The Spaniard has kept veteran Jordi Alba out of the side, providing six assists and popping up with a goal along the way!
CM – Federico Valverde (OVR 93)

Now widely regarded as one of the best midfielders in Europe, Real Madrid’s Uruguayan international Federico Valverde is truly world-class.
The 24-year-old has been an ever-consistent presence in the Madrid midfield and has contributed with seven goals and three assists this season.
CM – Pedri (OVR 95)

Spanish centre-mid Pedri has been simply superb this season as Barcelona claimed another league title.
At the age of just 20, Pedri has a footballing IQ and profound technical ability that is well beyond his years.
CM – Gabri Veiga (OVR 92)

The future looks bright for Spain as another young superstar has burst onto the scene this year in the form of Celta Vigo playmaker Gabri Veiga.
The 20-year-old has registered nine goals and four assists in the league this season and also won the Player of the Month award for February.
LW – Vinicius Junior (OVR 95)

There was never any doubt about who would be claiming the left-wing spot, with Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior now one of the most dangerous forwards in Europe.
Vini Jr has netted 10 goals and provided 10 assists for second-place Madrid this term and also has seven goals and five assists in the UCL.
ST – Robert Lewandowski (OVR 97)

La Liga’s top goalscorer Robert Lewandowski occupies the number nine position in the La Liga Team of the Season squad alongside Karim Benzema.
Having made the switch from Bayern Munich last summer, the Polish striker has been incredible for Barca, scoring 21 goals and picking up six assists this term.
