God of War Ragnarok is out now and with it comes a day-one patch.
In total, the day one patch makes over 160 fixes from mission, quest and progression bugs as well as stability fixes. However, as a heads-up, the patch notes do contain spoilers in regard to the story, so please keep that in mind.

The God of War Ragnarök Day 1 Patch is ready to go! 
I myself have experienced a bug in which God of War Ragnarok hard crashes my console, often while in the pause menu. So hopefully that issue will be fixed.
In my review of God of War Ragnarok, I said it’s: “an example of sequel excellence and cements its place among the gaming gods of greatness.”
