Microsoft has confirmed the next batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass through the first half of November 2022. Put on your best suit (or tracksuit) for perennial management sim Football Manager 2023 and swash buckles in the fantastic Return to Monkey Island next week, and write in the margins for Obsidian’s next RPG Pentiment on 15th November.
Pentiment takes inspiration from illuminated manuscripts and printed woodcuts for its art style, putting you in the boots of Andreas Maler, an artist who finds himself wrapped up in murders, scandals, and intrigue in the Bavarian Alps. Your choices through the adventure will shape the story and the world around you.
Speaking of distinctive art styles, Return to Monkey Island is coming to Xbox Game Pass on the day of its PlayStation and Xbox home console launch. It’s a fantastic return for some of the original creators of the legendary point & click series, slotting right in after the second adventure. This one’s well worth playing if you didn’t already snag it on Switch or PC.
And there’s a little game called Vampire Survivors coming to consoles too!
