Unfortunately, despite Horizon Forbidden West releasing on PS5 and PS4, the Burning Shores will be on PS5 only. Guerrilla Games explained in a PS Blog post: “to achieve this grand vision technically and creatively, we’ve made the difficult decision to focus all our efforts on making an incredible experience exclusively for the PlayStation 5 console.”
In my review of Horizon Forbidden West, I said: “is an absolute triumph” and a “must-have PlayStation exclusive”.
