The LoL Patch 12.21 is the next update that will be released for League of Legends. The patch will feature a lot of new content, including the new champion K’Sante, several minor balance changes and new skins.

Balance Changes
New Champion: K’Sante
Patch 12.21 introduces the new tank top champion K’Sante.
Champion Buffs
Xin Zhao
AD scaling on Xin Zhao’s passive (Determination) was buffed. The cooldown of his third ability (E – Audacious Charge) was reduced by 1 second at all levels (12 -> 11).
Malzahar
Malzahar’s third ability (E – Malefic Visions) now executes minions that are below a certain health threshold (15-45 health, scales based on level).
Corki
Corki’s base stats have been buffed (health growth and attack damage growth).
Ahri
Mana cost on Ahri’s first ability (Q – Orb of Deception) was decreased and damage scaling with AP buffed by 5% at all levels (40% -> 45%).
Champion Nerfs
Bel’Veth
Cooldown on Bel’Veth’s third ability (E – Royal Maelstrom) was increased by 2 seconds on all levels.
Bel’Veth’s ultimate (R – Endless Banquet) was nerfed so that the spawnlings (Void Remora) have 10% less health on all levels (50/60/70% -> 40/50/60% of minion’s maximum health).
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank’s base health and base magic resist were slightly decreased to make him weaker in lane.
Bonus attack speed on his second ability (W – Overdrive) was reduced by 10% on all levels.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortune’s third ability (E – Make it Rain) was nerfed for AD builds. However, the AP ratios on both her third and ultimate ability were increased which could make off-meta builds more viable.
Other Changes
Ornn
Ornn’s ultimate ability (R – Call of the Forge God) was updated to inflict a 60% slow instead of 40/50/60%.
