Sonic Frontiers was released this week to a fair spread of reviews and player feedback. It hasn’t all been good, sadly, as Xbox Series S players are feeling hard done by after finding the game runs at just 30FPS on their console. The game’s listing on the Xbox Store states that Sonic Frontiers for Xbox Series X|S runs at 4K 60FPS. However, only players on Xbox Series X are getting the full experience as intended. Xbox Series S players have found that their version of the game is running at 30FPS instead. There’s also no performance mode to be found anywhere in the game’s settings, though there is something that players can do to improve their experience with the game.
