The time is nigh and Starfield is finally upon us as excitement builds to fever pitch!
Those who have pre-ordered the Premium or Constellation Edition will be able to get their hands on Bethesda’s Starfield as early as this week. So in preparation for its highly anticipated launch, a patch has arrived. What’s more, if you’ve also pre-installed via Xbox Game Pass, the patch should also be live.

(@IdleSloth84_) The patch in question is 13.4GB on PC and 15.48GB on Xbox Series X|S, taking the console download size at launch to 101.1GB. So if you haven’t done so already, it’s time to free up some precious storage space.
Starfield will launch on 1 September for those who have pre-ordered the Premium and Constellation Edition and for everyone else it’s 6 September. Starfield will also launch on Xbox Game Pass.
